These Terms of Use govern your use of Guess The Ads (“the Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You agree to:

• Use the Service lawfully
• Provide appropriate nicknames
• Respect other players
• Not exploit bugs or manipulate gameplay

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

Multiplayer Behaviour

You must not:

• Harass other players
• Use offensive or illegal content in chat
• Attempt to disrupt game sessions
• We reserve the right to remove users who violate these rules.

Accounts

No formal account may be required, but you are responsible for activity associated with your device.

Intellectual Property

All game content, graphics, software, and branding are owned by Guess The Ads or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple.
All sales are handled under Apple’s terms.

We are not responsible for billing issues handled by Apple.

Advertising and Third-Party Services

The app may display optional rewarded advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob.

These advertisements are entirely optional. Users may choose to watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit. Core gameplay is not restricted if a user chooses not to view advertisements.

At launch, advertisements are non-personalized. This means ads are not based on user tracking across other apps or websites, but may still use limited device information such as device type, operating system, and general location (e.g. country) to serve relevant content.

Third-party services used by the app may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. These services include:

Google AdMob (advertising)

Firebase (authentication, database, and messaging services)

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Features may change or be discontinued.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Player disputes
• Indirect or consequential damages

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
